Customer names, addresses and contact details.
Supplier names, addresses and contact details.
Details of invoices and payments. We do not store bank account or bank card details.
The above information is used specifically to complete our agreed obligationstowards customers and suppliers, and for no other purpose. None of thisinformation will be passed to third parties without express permission, unless it is in connection with legal purposes.
Data is stored in physical and digital formats securely, and is destroyed when no longer required.
Customers and suppliers have the right to request the removal of any or all of their stored information, and if required do so in writing
